Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Though we put all efforts to ensure you get the ordered Artwork on Right Time, at Right Condition and on Rite place, still if there is any complaint, we assure to make it right.

The order processing takes place after 24 hours of placing the order, as we wait for 24 hours as we have policy that any customer can cancel the order within 24 hours. After 24 hours we start processing the order and within 2-4 days the shipment is ready to dispatch depend upon the condition of the order as follows:

Domestic (within India) or International orders

1. If the order is for rolled canvas, it will be ready for dispatch within 2 days of receiving the order.
2. If the order is for Mounted / Gallery Wrap, it will take 3-5 days to get ready for dispatch.
3. All domestic shipments will take 3-7 days to reach the customer’s place.
4. All International shipments will take 5-10 days to reach customer’s place depending upon the country & service of courier companies, once the order is ready. In case of International shipment, it may take some extra time due to custom clearance and other taxation issues, for which company will not be responsible.
5. In case of International shipment please note that Canvas Print does not charge customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Canvas Print. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post center for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.

Returns Policy

Though all the orders are custom made and on-demand prints, hence we have the policy of not to accept returns except in following conditions:

1. If the Artwork is totally a different one and not as per the order
2. If the Artwork is de-shaped or there is difference in size or color etc. (minor color difference may take place due to change of calibrations of the computer systems)
3. If the Artwork is received in Damaged / Wet condition due to faulty transit.

In the above all cases, we take the responsibility to accept returned the defective artwork, if the intimation of such incident is sent within 12 hours of receiving the shipment and within 15 days of receiving the shipment at our place. In all such cases, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within stipulated time (as per the guidelines of RBI)

We also take the responsibility to exchange the Artwork free of cost if intimation is mailed to us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork and if the artwork is received within 15 days by us.

We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items or for items that have been used. In all circumstances you must contact us at contact@artbazaar.world

Cancellation of Orders

A Customer may cancel an order at any time before we start processing the order i.e. within 24 hours of placing the order by mail. In case the order is processed for printing, in that case it will not be possible for us to cancel the order in any circumstances.
Once the order is cancelled and confirmation mail is sent from our side, the payment will be credited to your account within stipulated time (as per the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India)
